BRAND & CONTENT STRATEGY 


Express came to us with a challenge tailor-made to our skills: help them reach new consumers for ecommerce.

At the time, the Express consumer base skewed heavily female. Our solution was to create new inbound content campaigns designed to attract millennial men. Our audience research, supported by a workplace study of men 21-30, surveyed a wide range of consumer profiles and content categories before settling on four that offered the perfect fit for Express.

Twice Social created a suite of new recurring features for the Express blog, each one aimed at a different key segment: 1) Discovery Music, 2) Travel Hacks, 3) Hello Gorgeous, 4) Men’s Grooming, and 5) Celebrity Features. We developed all content, consumer funnels, behavioral segmentation, and acquisition strategies.

Our next campaign for Singer was designed to support a major brand partnership between Singer and the second season of Amazon Prime Video’s Making the Cut. We promoted a national sweepstakes designed to boost subscription growth. Our campaign was made to measure, designed to achieve a perfect fit for these two style-conscious brands.

LUNGevity

COMMUNITY BUILDING · CONTENT DEVELOPMENT


LUNGevity, the nation’s largest nonprofit organization dedicated to awareness, research, and treatment of lung cancer, was looking for a way to build an audience for its Clinical Trials awareness program. One of its key objectives was to help patients explore clinical trials as an option for treatment.

We developed social media strategy—audience targeting, messaging, scripts, and video edit guidelines. Then we created strategic placement of ads to increase reach and drive newsletter signups. Since many cancer patients don’t self-identify, we designed the campaign for pass-along value through support groups and health care professionals.
